Refunds & Limits
Prepaid credit is non-refundable because it never expires. If you make a mistake like a double charge, contact Support to fix the balance. We do not issue cash refunds for unused tokens. Your balance remains available until you choose to use it.
Each API key supports 300 requests per minute and allows 8 simultaneous connections. The maximum request body size is 8 MB. You can have only one active key per account. Generating a new key automatically invalidates the previous one. These limits ensure fair usage across all uncensored users.
